Ratings and reviews

Cant tell old from new app, whether in Playstorw or on cell phone. SIUECU said to download new, then delete old, but when I tried, it deleted both. Six simple things a nobody thought of putting the word "new" or a date on the new app icon?

I like online and mobile because I don't have to deal with Shannon at the Edwardsville branch. She goes out of her way to make banking with SIUECU a bad experience. At least with me anyway. I wonder why? Would it have anything to do with how my picture look?
