It gets stuck sometimes updating, it does what it is supposed to

This is the crappiest app I've ever had: It asks for login every time that I execute it, usually when I'm in the shopping line minutes about to pay. When I'm logged in it doesn't shows the money that I have, it just shows the 'loading' dots even if I'm using fiber optic network. In a nutshell, it does nothing. I'm giving 1 star bc I can't give zero.

I sent an email asking for support 6 months ago, they never answered. The registration on the web for balance checking is totally broken. The app only allowed me to register one sivale card, but I also have a restaurant card and I had I've never been able to register it. The call center is only an answering machine with a menu. Totally useless.
