The new app removed several features that made the old app very convenient. My saved transactions are no longer labled by name so if I have multiple water bills I usually pay unless I know the reference numbers I cannot differentiate them. Previously it was able to be saved as water bill sherry and water bill tom. You didnt have to input the reference number every single time.

Using this improved app is frustrating. All of my billing accounts are saved on my phone, I'm unable to copy and paste them into the platform, everytime I do so I gotto start over, the quick pay makes no sense I am unable to edit the payment amount. it seems as though this app wasn't made for personal use.

this updated app is a disappointment, I can not transfer money from a bank account, not to mention the hefty transaction fees with a weekly time limited. what nonsense. very frustrating to use. very, very poor service. and the new colour is very unattractive.
