One campfire. A dark forest. And every night, they come.

Last Fire is a pixel-art survival defense game. You start with nothing but your fists and a small fire in a clearing. While it's quiet, head out into the woods for wood, metal and glass — and for the knives, bats, shotguns and rifles someone left out there. Then get back to the fire and build.

When night falls, shadow creatures pour out of the trees: shambling ghouls, fast shadow hounds and hulking horned brutes. They tear down your defenses and go for the flame. And whatever happens, stay in its warmth — out in the dark, frost creeps in and the cold kills faster than anything with teeth.

GATHER BY DAY
• Chop trees, salvage scrap metal and harvest glowing crystals
• Find weapon crates and ammo deep in the forest — the best loot is farthest from the fire
• Watch the clock: be back before dusk

BUILD YOUR DEFENSES
• 11 kinds of defenses: fences, barbed wire, spikes, bear traps, steel walls, lamps, braziers, sun totems, turrets, tesla coils and mortars
• New defenses unlock as you survive more nights
• Feed and stoke the campfire to push its warmth further out
• Craft a torch, repair everything between waves

HOLD THE LINE AT NIGHT
• 9 weapons, from bare fists to a rifle
• Twin-stick controls with auto-aim when you just want to run and gather
• Every wave is bigger than the last — how many can you last?
