Great service ruined by a broken app. ​The cars and the actual service are amazing—no complaints there at all. But booking and paying has become incredibly frustrating. The app rejects US credit cards constantly now, even though international cards used to work fine. On top of that, the newest app update won't even let me sign in. The phone number verification is broken and won't accept or send codes to my Egyptian or American numbers. ​It’s a shame to give a bad review to such great drivers.

good service not very friendly app

Credit card payments in the app don't work. Tried both international and local cards and nothing works. Customer service isn't helpful at all. It's a shame because the trip I booked with them was great.. would easily give them 5 stars if their payment system worked properly.
