Payment experience very bad: the App always returns the message the payment was not successful - asking you to repeat it - when it actually went through...

The app is easy to use and book rides but it is not showing my upcoming rides.

Credit card payments in the app don't work. Tried both international and local cards and nothing works. Customer service isn't helpful at all. It's a shame because the trip I booked with them was great.. would easily give them 5 stars if their payment system worked properly.
