MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE - To log in, please use your email address and password used to log into the Camping and Caravanning Club website If you're having problems please get in touch with the membership team who will be happy to assist you.

SYNCING - If you are having problems Syncing your app. Please follow this advice. Place your device in an area with good WiFi (recommended) / data connection start sync and leave. AUTO-LOCK and syncing - this may cause problems with the data download - keep phone screen alive or turn-off auto-lock during sync if there is a problem.

Ratings and reviews

We are new members and haven't used this app yet. That being said, seems more intuitive than the website. My one major criticism is the lack of an itinerary! We have booked a number of camp sites but have no where to see the itinerary! (Other than trawling through emails). Please could this be added as a priority for your next release of this app ☺️

It's broken. Latest version can't keep me logged in, and when logged in just displays the web site. It adds little functionality. No membership details displayed from the Home screen as advertised. Avoid, you may as well just use a standard browser. I hope none of my subscriptions paid for this dreadful waste of money.

Agree with other users. App awkward to use, not easy to book, have to keep entering details of your unit. Keeps telling me there are issues with my membership that cannot be verified and cannot book a two night stay over the weekend at most sights so we feel discriminated against. The friendly club, I don't think so. I emailed them weeks ago about this but not had a response so will think twice about renewing our membership as currently not using sites.
