Terrible app, it allows you to order but no function to follow up on orders and contact customer service, especially in covid times. I placed an order more than a week ago and been fighting to get in touch with someone as i paid for express delivery. I shop at the store all the time and also buy online, never had any problems w delivery. This is my second order in covid times, first one was fine, but now i am wondering if you guys are going out of business since it is so weird... 😠

This app is really bad. Whenever I try to use it, there's always a connectivity problem and the app cuts off. This is so frustrating and has cost me purchases in the past so,as a result I have to go to a desktop to complete any purchases. I have contacted Size? and requested they fix the issue but nothing has been done. Please can you sort this out because, Size? do great products and it would be a shame if they lost customers as a result of this issue.

Very slow app has the be the worst one out of all the clothing and shopping ones I use. I missed out on a rare pair of 90s because the app froze then it told me I needed to reset my password. Which I did then I didn't get the link until about 4 hours after which by then the trianers were out of stock. I also tried going through the website which is just as awful. You need a better app and website if your going to compete with other retailers.
