Extremely disappointed with this car tracking service and the app. The tracking is highly inaccurate — it often shows the car in the wrong location or with a delay of several minutes, making real-time tracking useless. The app itself is full of bugs and crashes frequently. Sometimes it won’t even open, or it gets stuck on the loading screen. Customer service is another nightmare. I reported an issue multiple times, and all I got was a generic response with no real resolution.

One of the worst when it comes to customer support and providing required services. Their device do not update locations, no notifications at all, and they are unable to solve concerns at all. For more than 1 month device is not working for me at all and i have been calling their customer service support again and again. everytime they give differnet answer, but no support. Its better not a have service from such service provider.
