No control since update for couple of weeks. Same all same all after reconnecting the networks. No BS answer required "Try uninstall and install again" like stone age android era. Do not expect any star for this garbage app if u read thru the users' reviews. Same thing has been happening forever!!! One star is just for posting.

안녕하세요? elan655 고객님, B tv plus 입니다. 먼저, 원활한 서비스를 제공 드리지 못해 죄송합니다. 혹시, 기기의 전원이 OFF상태이거나, B tv plus app을 백그라운드 상태에서 오랫동안 미사용 후 이용할 경우 발생될 수 있으니 해당 현상이 발생 되었을때 조치 방법 대로 조치 부탁드립니다. ※ 조치 방법 : STB 재부팅(Btv 전원 종료) 및 B tv plus app 완전히 종료(백그라운드 X / 모두닫기 O) 후 재 실행 동일현상이 지속 된다거나 추가적인 문제가 발생하시면 저희 고객센터(106)로 연락주시면 빠른 문제해결이 되도록 최선을 다하겠습니다. 감사합니다

App does not run. I wanted to buy a movie to watch on our Btv, but in order to buy i need to use this program that does not work. And I cannot buy directly from BTV.

Dear Grigoriy Kim. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are a B tv customer, you can now purchase and watch various VoDs including movies on B tv plus. In addition, If you have any inconvenience during the use of B tv plus, please contact customer service (106) and we will do our best to make a quick action. Thank you.

Can't play YouTube. Other services are good. If i run YouTube i think it will 100% better...
