SKEDULIN is an affordable booking and payment app that connects Service Providers with Clients through a simple and flexible scheduling platform. Clients can easily search for providers, view profiles and availability, book appointments, and pay for services—all in one place.

The goal of SKEDULIN is to simplify how small businesses and independent professionals manage their schedules, payments, and client communication. Users can search for providers by name, profession, or location, then choose an available time or request an appointment based on the provider’s schedule. When a booking is created, updated, or canceled, both parties automatically receive email notifications.

Service Providers can set their working hours, availability, and scheduling preferences within the app. They can create different types of services and events, including Recurring Plans (such as weekly lessons), Single Events that can occur on any available date, and Special Events scheduled for a specific time. Providers can also manage Off-Days, Breaks, and Availability directly through their SKEDULIN calendars.

SKEDULIN also includes built-in payment features designed to give providers flexibility. Service Providers can choose whether Clients pay a deposit or the full amount when booking and can decide how often they receive payouts. The platform supports multiple payment methods depending on what the provider accepts, including cash, check, or popular digital payment services. Providers can even create custom payment options, such as bartering arrangements.

Beyond scheduling and payments, SKEDULIN includes financial tracking tools that help providers stay organized. Service Providers can review summaries of income, expenses, and refunds throughout the year, making it easier to monitor their business finances and prepare for tax season.

SKEDULIN was originally created by a piano teacher who needed a more affordable and flexible way to manage scheduling and payments for many students. After developing the platform with software developers, the idea expanded into a solution designed to support many different service industries.

Today, SKEDULIN supports a wide variety of small businesses and independent professionals, including music teachers, tutors, fitness instructors, babysitters, cleaners, lawn care providers, beauty professionals, pet care workers, and many other service-based businesses.
