About this app

ConstructX calculates the amount of materials needed for an apartment renovation or a house foundation. It's not an "approximate calculation," but rather based on the dimensions of your space and consumption rates.

WHAT IT CALCULATES

• Flooring — laminate, tile, underlayment, adhesive, baseboard
• Walls — wallpaper, paint, tile, primer, putty
• House foundation — strip and slab: concrete, rebar, formwork, backfill, waterproofing

ESTIMATE

You enter the prices yourself — the same ones you see in your store. The app summarizes everything in an estimate and provides it in two formats:

• PDF — for the team and the client, with a diagram and total
• Excel — for supplies, quantities are calculated using formulas

The estimate can be sent via messenger or saved to "Downloads."

WORKS OFFLINE

Projects, layouts, prices, and estimates are stored on your device and are not sent anywhere. The app doesn't require an internet connection—either for calculations or for export.

WHAT'S NOT HERE

This is not a 3D interior visualization or furniture layout. The app doesn't pull prices from stores—you enter them manually.
