About this app

Skill Schedule runs the business side of coaching so you can get back to coaching. Coaches schedule sessions, check students in, and get paid automatically. Parents book, pay, and message their coach in one place.

FOR COACHES
• Create one-off or repeating sessions and see your week on a calendar.
• Check students in with one tap. For per-lesson students with a saved card, check-in bills the lesson automatically and the family gets a receipt.
• Price each student your way: per lesson, a fixed monthly plan, or free for scholarships and families you bill outside the app.
• See who still owes you, send a payment link, retry a saved card, or mark a payment as collected outside the app.
• Add a student on the spot, including walk-ins who can pay by link.
• Share your QR code and families join your roster with one scan.
• Accept or adjust session requests from parents and review cancellation requests.
• Message families one-on-one or in groups you create, and send short video recaps after a session.
• Go Live: stream a session so families who can't be there can watch. You control comments and can remove viewers.
• Track earnings and issue refunds, with payouts through Stripe.
• Set your usual hours, collect a signed liability waiver, and add your schedule to your calendar app.

FOR PARENTS
• See upcoming sessions for all of your children in one place.
• Book open sessions, join the waitlist when a session is full, or request a time that works for you.
• Get reminders the day before and an hour before each session.
• Nothing is charged when you book. Per-lesson sessions are charged after your coach checks your child in, and monthly plans are billed once a month.
• Save a card once and find every receipt in your payment history.
• Message your coach, watch live sessions, and see recap clips from your child's training.
• Search for coaches by city or specialty, or connect by scanning your coach's QR code.

HOW PAYMENTS WORK
Payments are for in-person coaching and are processed securely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers. Coaches receive their full rate, and families pay a small booking fee on each payment.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY
Skill Schedule accounts are for adults: coaches, and parents or guardians. Children don't create accounts, and each parent controls their child's information. Recap clips are shared only with the families connected to the session. You can report or block anyone from inside the app, and you can delete your account at any time from Settings.
