App requires to provide all personal details and photos of skin and many questions but at the end asks for lots of money to proceed, not giving any automated diagnosis. This is a scam, if you steal money from me, just tell me before I waste my 30 minutes. Even street pickpockets have better standards. Now they keep spamming on my email which I was forced to give. Time is wasted in providing private photos and information but then forced to pay. Delete my data, photos and email address right now!

update: the company immediately got back to me. I reinstalled the app and now everything worked smothely! Thanks! technical problems? after taking pictures and answering questions, it keeps loading my data forever but never proceeds...tried it several times.

After going through all the rigmarole they wanted payment before diagnosis, load of rip off rubbish. Regards to your reply, I agree, but don't you think you should state that the app is not free, and not after you have taken three pictures, answered numerous questions before asking for payment!!!
