Editing again to say id give this app and app developer negative stars if I could. I pay a monthly subscription fee and cant even log into the app. When I go to log in - EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THE APP - I enter my phone number and get an error message "something went wrong" with no other options. I've bought credits in their other worthless app and got an error message there too. No one replies when I reach out to developers.

This app has been inaccessible (with a notice of "App is under maintenance" whenever it is launched) for what looks to be close to a year. I had previously bought a yearly subscription, but barely managed to use the app before this issue. I was then reminded of the subscription, which I now cancelled, but it feels like The Skin Deep just abandoned the app without acknowledge or notice - there is no trace of it on their website anymore. The subscriptions were never cancelled on their side either.

DO NOT INSTALL!! I bought credits on what turned out to be the old version of the app that didn't reflect. Had a back & forth with customer support to get my credits then was led to this "new" version with my credits transferred. Was logged out of this version weeks after & have not been able to log in, customer support (Fernando) was barely any help at all. Just told me to keep trying. DO NOT install this app unless you want to be in constant contact with customer support with no real help.
