Dermatologists recommend monthly self-examinations of moles and skin spots, but most people forget or don't know what to look for. SkinWatch gives you a simple, structured way to track every spot on your body over time — logging size, symptoms, and appearance so you can notice what your eyes alone might not catch.


TRACK THE SPOTS THAT MATTER

Add a skin spot in seconds: name it by body location, snap a note, and log the first measurement. SkinWatch stores a complete timeline for each spot, so you can see exactly how it has changed week by week. Whether it's a mole on your shoulder or a new spot on your back, nothing slips through unnoticed.

• ABCDE Warning Indicators — Each check-in is automatically evaluated against the clinical ABCDE criteria (Asymmetry, Border, Color, Diameter, Evolution). When multiple warning signs are detected, a red alert card appears: "Consult a physician."

HOW IT WORKS

Open SkinWatch and tap "Track Your First Spot" to add a new mole or skin mark. Give it a descriptive name and body location. Each week, open the spot's profile and log a new check-in: record the current diameter, note any symptoms like itching or colour change, and optionally add comparison notes. SkinWatch automatically calculates growth and evaluates ABCDE criteria for you. If five warning signs are detected, a prominent red alert card urges you to seek professional advice. Your full log history is always one scroll away, giving you exactly the evidence your doctor needs.
