The new Skipton By Invite app is appalling. It's Impossible to open. In the various processes of agreeing to terms, providing new passwords and entering new codes, the app disappears and the whole process starts again and again and again... I gave up after eight attempts. Time to close accounts with this Building Society. Life is short.

Fantastic app used for years. Wonderful company in so many ways and they answer the phone quickly. One of the best out of 60 I use! Stars. In 2026 I dropped a star as it does not give notifications of money in and out which makes it far less helpful than the bank ones.

waste of my time. went through the process of signing up. waiting for the letter with the code all to find out the app doesn't even do what I want to do in the first place.
