very basic, not necessarily a bad thing. I do however find it annoying as I can't seem to find where my main account code and sort code is on the app. for each individual savings account the code is on the account but no sort code or account details seem to be on the app, or are easy to find if they are.

Set up a nominated account for external withdrawal (this has to be done on a computer login not the app) had a letter confirming this. But when tried to make a withdrawal via the app I had a message saying no nominated account please login via my online account. Why do I have to do this again? Is it's because I have more than one Skipton accounts and only done it for one? This should not be the case if correct. The app should at least have the same functions as the online account 24/7/365

keeps crashing. I may be because I am running Android 10 on a Moto g8. the crash consistently happens when I access secure messages. I would try your suggestion but I can live without secure massages and if I reinstall the app I may have other trouble and lose vital stuff like passcode etc. I'd rather not try.
