Welcome to the world of SkiStar

Here you can receive information and offers from all our destinations all year round. It's easy to see today's weather and get tips on activities, restaurants and shops. You can also get to know your children's best friend, Valle the Snowman.
 
Buy winter SkiPass or summer LiftPass cards from the app and pick them up in an automatic dispenser. You can also refill the cards you already have and pay with Swish in Sweden.
 
Maps will give you a quick overview of open lifts and pistes, as well as biking and hiking trails, and you can also keep track of where your friends are.
 
You can see your active booking and everything you need to know about your lodging, your SkiPass/LiftPass, rental products and booked activities.
 
By linking your SkiPass, you can collect skiing statistics, chase pins and compete on our leader boards during the winter.

It's a great app but doesn't let me to buy SkiPass on a card. It detects the card but still says "No cards found!" It had the same issue last year, so I had to buy the pass at the counter. (The staff also tried and got convinced that it's a bug.) Now, I have new phone (so the problem was not the phone), and I still have the same issue. This is ridiculous.

Missing obvious functionality like opening hours on specific date (instead you have to parse some pretty hard-to-read tables also available on the web site) and map filtered on open slopes and lifts. There's also a built-in feedback form that didn't even work.

It's easy to buy a ridiculous expensive skipass but when I want to add it to a card then it doesn't work. I need to go to a skistar shop so they can fill it manually. Maybe put some money in getting the app to work.
