I really prefer the previous settings on the app. Since you've changed the app, it is really frustrating to use! I have to constantly go in and out the app, before I am able to load new information, such as meal times. I have type a description underneath a photo before I can send it. I am not able to see the parents separately... In other words... When I dm a parent, it sends the message to both parents... This can create problems.

Not user friendly. It resets the chat on every year-end. Why cannot one keep the chat conversations and pics? There isn't a gallery available collating pictures. It doesn't allow you to save on the phone. Long way to go... Notifications keep showing unread (115 anouncements)? It's stressful and triggers anxiety...

App really needs a fix, my son checks in and out the whole day. Plus the real time notifications are not real time, I only get notifications when I use the app and I've opened all the permissions. Makes me really nervous because I'm supposed to be monitoring my son's activities throughout the day but the is not consistent. I'm beginning to have second thoughts about the app.
