Very bad use experience. You constantly see many generic error that doesn't provide any explanation what was done wrong. I loaded a couple of francs onto the app, and then I had some issues with the payment. In the end I just paid with twint. I wonder if it is even possible to use or withdraw the money I have loaded into the app.

Dear Anna, how annoying that you received unclear error messages. We will pass on your findings to our developers. If you have upgraded money in the KUARIO App you can always have the available balance transferred back to your bank account. If you have any questions our support (support@kuario.com) can help you.

What happened with the option to pay with paypal? I don't find that anymore. The only thing I see is that I have no money and that I can cancel the "payment"

Hi Trang, How strange that you no longer see the PayPal payment or top-up option. We have not removed this option from the KUARIO App. You can also try to login to our Portal via a browser: login.kuario.com and initiate PayPal payment this way, or restart the App. Our support service@kuario.com can help you further if it fails.

Hello Joeri, How annoying that you didn't have a good experience with printing. If the print job does not print, you should automatically receive a refund. If this is not the case, you can request a refund from the App (at the transaction) to the Printer operator.
