The app has very limited functionality. In fact, you still need to download and install another app for your PC. Plus, the app for pc works bad. I have to reinstall it each time I need to print. Otherwise, it's simply not working. As a result, it takes at least 20 min to print even 1 page. Very inconvenient.

What a shame you didn't have a good experience with our solution. With our solution you can also work without installation of App or PC program. You can directly scan a QR code or work on PC via browser URL login.kuario.com. Unfortunately, the performance of the printer depends on the printer an operator deploys. They are responsible for processiny laundry machine and dryer reservations/payments where I live. Completing a payment rarely works on the first time, and more than once I wasn't able to do it at all. App with a lots of delays and bugs, and then if you need support you can only send an email and wait at least a day to get a reply. When the tenants collectively have problems and report it to the caretaker, quario responds "on our side everything is fine" without really resolving anything.

Dear Alex, we understand your fustration. KUARIO handles the financial processing of payments. The laundry machines do not belong to KUARIO, but to the operator at your location. Perhaps there is a fault number on the appliance that you can call. Can you give us your KUARIO account at service@kuario.com so that we too can contact the location?

Very bad use experience. You constantly see many generic error that doesn't provide any explanation what was done wrong. I loaded a couple of francs onto the app, and then I had some issues with the payment. In the end I just paid with twint. I wonder if it is even possible to use or withdraw the money I have loaded into the app.
