MediHub app is easy to nagivate and useful for me to locate the nearest panel clinic. I can view my corporate medical insurance plan benefits and balance entitlement as well. Claim submission is also hassle free as long as the necessary info and documents are provided for the claim assessment.

Impossible to get a teleconsult because of how buggy it is... please fix it :( Edit: now I can't even log in because I can't even submit the OTP to change my password

the qr scanner has never work as it always return an error
