overcharged for no reason. i specifically clicked end ride and walked away. when i reached my apartment i unlocked my phone and saw the end ride was not registed. i ended up paying way more than i should have.

OTP does not arrive to the UAE local number...

Stay away from this service. Once you link your card they will not allow you to remove the card from the app until you finish the ride, and then they will drain your wallet and then they will charge you 2xtimes more. There are no warning notifications that your balance is over, and they automatically start next paid package when the current one is over. Actually all the service designed in a way to charge you as much as possible in the way you cannot do anything to prevent it.
