Ratings and reviews

Stay away from this service. Once you link your card they will not allow you to remove the card from the app until you finish the ride, and then they will drain your wallet and then they will charge you 2xtimes more. There are no warning notifications that your balance is over, and they automatically start next paid package when the current one is over. Actually all the service designed in a way to charge you as much as possible in the way you cannot do anything to prevent it.

Completely useless. App is slow and doesn't want to connect to the Internet. Eventually managed to get it to work and then it refused to let me end the ride, despite clearly being in an allowed zone and having other scooters nearby. Moved it a metre and it was fine, but not before charging me an extra minute. Seem to be a scam to grab more cash. Lime is much better, I'll stick with them

The app is EXTREMELY slow. Not talking only about the annoying signup process just to use the FREE RIDE20 ride (validate email, validate phone number, add credit card to wallet, add billing address), but even after that, starting a ride, stopping the ride, using the map, all are horribly slow. EDIT after the developer's response: what a lousy excuse. I had stable and fast Internet on my phone in Downtown Dubai. That's not the way to address customer feedback.
