I've been having it now for more than 3 years. And it has been very dependable. Wish, it was a way to connect to other devices like laptop and smart TV. The game changer would be a handheld 10.1 wireless touchscreen display. that could be reviewed anywhere from inside the home without being in a designated spot. And could also Bluetooth to your phone meaning, you can now use your security display screen to receive calls and make them when connected together? $$$$🤔.🫡.

Finally! Usually when an app gets updated, it's very rarely for the better. In this case, it now works 100% of the time! On the old app, I could only view live video if I wasn't connected to my home's Wi-Fi. The old app never notified me of movement or when someone rang the bell. Thank you for finally fixing all the defects and for fixing my buyer's remorse.

Can't migrate to the new app, so now after June our Skybell just won't work. We've tried several times, and always get to the point where it says "your Skybell is migrating, it will be done in 5-30 minutes". Well it's been a week and several attempts, no luck. Tech support was also useless, just telling us to reset our password and saying "well it should be working." I'm buying a Nest doorbell camera, so long Skybell and thanks for all the fish.
