The KLCC Public Radio App allows you to listen to KLCC live (with pause and rewind!), browse news categories, share stories through Facebook, Twitter and email and view the program schedule! You can explore all our On-Demand content, search for stories, and wake up to KLCC with the alarm clock!

Live Content
• Eye catching news sections showcase KLCC and national stories with easy-to-scroll controls.
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off! Or rewind to catch a comment or piece you just missed!

Ratings and reviews

It sometimes stops playing when my phone goes dark, even though that's not how my settings are on my phone. And other times while playing, the program will start to kind of cut out or skip, and then slow down, like the program is winding down. Very strange and diesn't happen with other poscast apps. Also, even when I back out of the app lately, it stays "open" taking up battery life, and I have to open the app and hit "force stop" to get it to be closed.

I love KLCC as an organization. I find this app to be pretty minimal, which is fine for my needs--I don't pull local news from my phone too much. If the app had a means of listening to just the hourly national and local newscasts, I would probably use this app more frequently than the NPR app.

alarm function does not work. wish I could edit my favorite show list.
