I am paying for my bus ticket, the cofirmation goes by, the money is drained, SkyCash thanks me for a purchase and everything is fine. Then after I leave my bus, I look at a phone and I am getting a notification that there was an "enexpected error, and money got refunded" even tho everything was fine, where even the app itself told me so. And it works like that for many months now, I have to wait AT LEAST 10 MINUTES, just to get a notification there was an error, and then having to buy it myself

Never worked for me. I was never able to buy anything from the app and they won't let me close the account due to remaining balance, which I again can't spend on anything. The app itself is a patchwork mess of different interfaces, including popups with raw JSON data. Stay away, most of "features" like parking or public transport are already available in every banking application.

The app sent me confirmation that the ticket was bought and I could not see the ticket to show for validation for couple of minutes when I was already in the bus. I had to buy a new one to avoid fine for traveling without the ticket. I paid double and my complaint was not taken into account by the skycash even though it was app's operational failure. Disappointed.
