About this app

Sky Cashback turns everyday shopping in Syria into cashback you can spend again.

You buy vouchers in the app, pay with them at our partner merchants, and the cashback comes back to you as more vouchers.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign up with your mobile number and confirm the code we send you by SMS.
2. Open Buy Vouchers, pick the denominations you want, and pay.
3. At the counter the merchant shows you a QR code. Scan it, check the amount, and confirm with your PIN.
4. The cashback for that merchant is added to your cashback value right away.

WHAT A VOUCHER IS
A voucher is a prepaid entitlement you buy from Sky Cashback — the price of goods or services paid in advance. Together your vouchers make up your vouchers value. A voucher is not a bank account, not a deposit and not a money transfer service. It is spent inside the app at partner merchants and cannot be exchanged for cash.

WAYS TO PAY FOR YOUR VOUCHERS
• Bank card, through the Paymera payment platform
• MTN Cash
• Syriatel Cash
• A prepaid card bought at an approved point of charge and redeemed in the app

WHAT ELSE YOU CAN DO
• Recharge an MTN or Syriatel line, or pay a postpaid mobile bill
• Send vouchers to another Sky Cashback user by scanning their QR code
• Buy vouchers as a gift for someone else
• Browse partner merchants near you and see each one's cashback rate before you buy
• Invite friends with your referral code

YOU CAN ALWAYS SEE WHERE THE VALUE WENT
Vouchers are used oldest first. Open a voucher to see exactly which purchases used it, or open a purchase to see exactly which vouchers paid for it.

RETURNS
If you return something, the merchant issues a return invoice. The value comes back to your vouchers value, and the cashback granted for that purchase is removed. The return window is the merchant's own policy.

YOUR ACCOUNT, KEPT SAFE
Your PIN confirms every payment and is never shared with merchants. Sky Cashback staff will never ask you for your PIN, your password, or the one-time code sent to your phone. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings → Account & Security at any time.

Cashback rates differ from one merchant to another and are shown in the app before you buy.

You must be 18 or older to use Sky Cashback.
