About this app

MONO is a minimalist Android launcher with an AI assistant built in. Your home screen becomes one quiet screen: a clock, the date, and nothing competing for your attention. Chat, an agent that gets things done, a browser and every app sit one swipe away.

A CALMER HOME SCREEN
A flip, plain or stacked clock on a clean background. Place app icons and widgets anywhere, or leave it empty. Swipe up for apps, down for AI, left and right for the shortcuts you choose.

ASK MONO AI, NO SETUP
Swipe down and ask. Mono AI works out of the box: no account, no API key. Pick Lite for quick answers or Pro for harder questions. Turn on web search for answers with sources. Speak instead of typing, attach images and documents, and keep your chat history on your phone.

MONO AGENT: TASKS, NOT JUST ANSWERS
Hand the agent a multi-step job and it works through it in a private folder on your phone.
• Writes notes, documents, code and small web pages you can open, share or keep
• Uses your phone when a task needs it: battery, alarms, timers, calendar drafts, maps, camera and location, each only after you allow it
• Works with your GitHub, GitLab, Gitea or Codeberg repositories, and pushes only to a new branch, only with your approval
• Saves your favourite instructions as reusable skills, and runs any tool yourself with a slash command

CONNECT YOUR APPS WITH MCP
Connect MONO to more than 190 services through MCP, including Linear, Notion and Wix. Sign in on the service's own page, then let chat or the agent read and act on your accounts there. Before anything is sent, MONO shows you the tool and exactly what it will send. Nothing happens until you tap Allow.

A BROWSER THAT STAYS OUT OF THE WAY
Follow a link and stay in MONO. Tabs are grouped into sessions you can leave and come back to. Pages and videos go truly full screen. Incognito sessions leave nothing behind, and downloads pause and resume.

YOUR APPS, YOUR WAY
A searchable list or grid of every app, with search that forgives typos. Hide the apps you never open. Lock the ones you open too often behind a short, mindful breathing pause.

BRING YOUR OWN AI
Prefer your own provider? Add a key for OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter or Grok, and your messages go straight from your phone to them. Or download an on-device model and chat completely offline.

MAKE IT YOURS
Any Google Font, accent colours, dark backgrounds, spacing and clock styles. MONO speaks English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Arabic.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
MONO has no servers that read your messages, files or tasks. Chats, browsing, agent files and keys stay on your phone, and keys are stored encrypted. When you ask an AI, only that question goes to the provider answering it. Read exactly what goes where at mono-skydev.web.app/mono/privacy.
