SkyFine charged extra fees all the time. For example, approximately $80 dollars because they said my battery was disconnected. Of course the battery was never disconnected. They charged my card without telling me. I didn't have the money and it went insufficient. Not only did my bank charge fees. SkyFine also charged an insufficient fee of approximately $170. You can't complain because they just tell the DMV you are non-compliant and your license gets suspended. They also charge $600 to remove

I have read a lot of the reviews here and all the bad reviews are spot on. I have had to deal with this company for 3 and a half years and yes there customer service sucks, I can't believe they are still in business. They have robbed, lied and embezzled money from my bank account. Even when I was told it would be 150 dollars to uninstall my interlock I paid 360 dollars. To boot after it was taken out they got back in checking account and stole another 200 dollar saying a 10 dollar was damaged.
