Haven't been able to log into account since update. Don't download. This app will steal your money. Updated: moola reached out to me and reset my access. And I was able to log in once but when I tried to access it a second time, the same issue occurred - fingerprint access does not work and then locks me out. Frustrating. Update: moola have me a call... Need to uninstall and reinstall to fix the problem.

Hi Selina, there may have been some misunderstanding as we have been trying to reach you since 14 Dec. We do not reset access to accounts without verification. Now we understand your fingerprint access does not work, please uninstall and reinstall the app and that will fix the issue. Let us know if still experience any issues. Thanks.

Deals seems to be ok. But when made a purchase and my card didn't clear, I wasn't immediately notified (although I have checked the app multiple times since initial purchase). It was a few days before I got an email that it was denied, customer service did not provide an alternative, and I wasn't given an option to re-purchase the same deal. By that time, the deal had expired.

Can't use giftcard immediately after purchase, merchant can't recognize. It takes a few hours for it to go through. Also, once the card is used, the balance is not auto updated. You need to manually keep track. Also, I tried password lock on the app (using device pw) and sometimes the app fails to know that I got my password correct. So, I just don't use it to prevent myself from getting locked out. Worst app ever in my opinion.
