Your phone is a sensory toolkit. Haptic Box turns touch into therapy — fidget with 11 vibration textures, follow guided breathing journeys, trace 90+ patterns and words, or lose yourself in five immersive touch-reactive worlds powered by GPU shaders.

FEEL
12 calm haptic patterns including Box Breathing, 4-7-8 Breathing, Ocean Swell, and Sleep Fade. Three guided journeys (60-second Grounding, 3-Minute Downshift, Sleep Wind-Down) combine haptic patterns with voice prompts to bring you back to centre. 11 fidget textures from gentle Silk to deep Rolling Thunder — tap to play, hold to loop.

PLAY
Trace 58 spiral and pattern designs with direction-sensitive haptic feedback that guides your finger along the path. Fill colour-by-region shapes. Write and trace 40 words and the full A-Z alphabet. Choose from 6 completion animations — Spiral Bloom, Aurora Wash, Ink Burst, Glitter Wave, Particle Ribbon, or Soft Fireflies. Landscape mode for a bigger canvas.

TOUCH
Strobe mode tracks every finger with particle trails and reactive haptics. Go Pro for five premium experiences: Arc (plasma bolts between your fingers), Vortex (build a storm), Gravitic (tilt-controlled physics sandbox with 80 bouncing balls), Ripple (rainbow waves with reverse mode), and Pinball (spawn planets, create black holes).

SAFE BY DESIGN
Built-in thermal protection monitors haptic use and suggests breaks. Gentle Mode caps intensity for sensitive users. Parent and caregiver controls behind a PIN gate let you lock intensity, enable Gentle Mode, and choose from three kids profiles — Sensory Seeker, Balanced, or Sensitive.

Also includes: dark mode, daily streak tracking, favourites, session timers, tab-by-tab tutorials, foldable device support, and full accessibility options including reduced motion and text-to-speech for guided journeys.

Ratings and reviews

rating it a 5 just on the idea alone! - a brilliant concept for adults who struggle with internal queues, proprioception or standard breathing exercises who are receptive to external feedback. I just wish I'd known about the app sooner. I've only tried some of the breathing exercises and the wind down patterns, but I'm impressed so far and looking forward to trying the app more. It's something I would have never thought of to help until it came up in a search engine. Thank you

Such an interesting app, it's keeps my brain in a positive place, especially with the feedback. This is my go to app now to keep away from the doom scrolling.

Great app, though everytime I really use it it keeps asking me to rate it, even after I already have! EDIT: Thank you for your reply! apologies, I thought it was an intentional feature lol 😆
