The app needs a phone widget option to be able to look at the family calendar at a glance the same way you can see it on the actual frame. If I'm not home in front of the frame I have to click several times to get to the calendar in the app. it also has major syncing issues. no matter how many times I try to sync it doesnt show everything. Please fix! Also, most of the features are additional money per month to use. Would not buy again and do not recommend.

I'm really enjoying the app and calendar. It works well, syncs quickly and has almost everything you would want. I wish the widgets were resizable like almost all other widgets on my phone, but they aren't and so they don't exactly fit my aesthetic right now but that's a minor complaint. If I could give it half a star it would be a 4.5... nearly perfect.

I really love the calendar device itself, as it's very high quality, but the phone app keeps crashing on me and it's really frustrating! Updated review from 2 to 5 stars on 7/3/2026: App has been working much better over the past few days. No more crashing! Guessing it just needed more time to sync up? The app is running so smoothly now and I'm loving the app and my device. Also, top tier customer service. 👍🏼
