tried this app made a book ordered the book and layout was really wonky then the story didn't make sense with how they printed it, I emailed them and they seemed genuinely sorry and said they would fix it and resend a new copy but they never did and radio silence, not worth the time and frustration it brought me.

Wow! There are so many good things to say! My kids love the ability to create their own personal books. This is such a fun and cute way to promote reading and family bonding! And the customer service is fast at responding. And they're helpful & friendly! I absolutely love it. It is so worth it.
