Ratings and reviews

For those complaining that you can't use the app, you have to add a pin code or fingerprint to your phone. I wish they would tell everyone that instead of letting us think for days that the app won't work on our phone. Hope this helps someone else.

I downloaded it and it says refresh. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and nothing worked. I could not sign up.

During the sign up I was stuck at the background check and was told to go to the training; I finished the training and was told to wait to be approved to download the software then the app for the phone and the website would not load. I feel like this is a scam.
