This isn’t the same old story. The Poe Ai Story Creator app lets you connect with Poe, the Ai Story Bear, to create and listen to amazing original stories, with help from YOU and kid-safe cutting edge A.I. technology.

Select a few simple ideas, in the form of predefined family friendly icons, then listen as Poe transforms them into rich, thoughtfully crafted adventures. Select a bunch of ideas or no ideas at all. Create a medieval adventure, an epic sci-fi story, an enchanting fairytale, or an intriguing mystery. Whatever ideas you choose, Poe magically makes up all the missing pieces to bring your story to life.

Save and rate your story masterpieces! Every story you create can be saved and organized in the app’s story library, to be played again whenever you’d like, as many times as you like. Have Poe tell the story, or just listen directly on your device. You can even read along on your device as Poe tells the story.

Will not connect. lots of people have the same issue. The product is useless without an app and the app is terrible. Android has an issue with this app for sure. the devs need to fix this as now I have a paper weight of a bear. I will see about returning it. Do a search and you see many many folks having this issue with no resolution. Even getting a new bear in some cases still didn't fix this garbage of an app.

It would be nice if the app was finished. All you can do right now is create stories for the bear one at a time using your phone or tablet. There's no way to download the stories to the bear or save them. Let's put it this way, if you close the app, the stories are gone. I ordered the bear believing that the app was ready for use, not a work in progress. The way it stands right now, I haven't received the bear yet and have 30 days to return it. It may have to be returned!

app doesn't work, but good news. Skip the app entirely: turn Poe on, pair with "Poe Story Bear" straight from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Then play any audio you like — it comes out of the bear and the mouth still moves. Use it as a Bluetooth speaker and write your own stories. Better than what the app produced anyway.
