The Tactical Guard Force app is a comprehensive workforce management and emergency communication solution designed specifically for security guards.

Guards can mark attendance by scanning NFC tags or using Geo-fencing, submit action reports with images and signatures, and manage their duty schedules directly from their mobile devices. The app also allows guards to securely swap shifts by generating and sharing transfer codes.

The app automatically calculates duty hours based on clock-in and clock-out times. A built-in shift timer starts when a guard clocks in, pauses if location services or mobile data are disabled, and resumes when the app is reopened. Logged working hours are used to calculate payroll accurately.

A core feature of the Tactical Guard Force app is secure voice communication. Guards can receive incoming voice calls from supervisors, the control room, and other authorized personnel for operational coordination and emergency situations. The app supports high-priority incoming call notifications to ensure urgent calls are delivered promptly, even when the device is locked or the app is running in the background.

For enhanced safety, the app also includes an SOS Distress button and real-time location tracking. If an SOS alert is triggered, supervisors can quickly determine the guard's location, establish immediate communication, and coordinate emergency assistance or medical response as needed.
