The CityTaxi Debrecen Taxi Company's booking app provides you with a fast, convenient and secure way to travel by taxi.

• Your order is handled by an organized, legal, certified and reliable taxi company, a known, identifiable car and driver will pick you up.
• You have no phone costs, you don't have to wait for the call center to answer.
• You do not need to know the city, you do not need to speak Hungarian, the lack of language and local knowledge cant stop you from booking your taxi using the map interface.
• You can use it either on a noisy street, or in a crowded nightclub without problems.

• If you indicate your destination too, you can calculate the expected cost of your trip. In case the actual cost differs significantly from the estimation, you can report it to the taxi company.
• If you regularly request the taxi to the same location, you can quickly reorder from the history of your previous orders.
• If you have extra requirements (several people would travel, you would like to carry your pet or larger items), let us know, and the system will choose the right car for you.
• Let us know that you want to pay by credit card instead of cash, and you’ll get a car with a credit card terminal.

• Your order will be instantly matched with the closest car, and you will receive the type and registration number of the arriving car for easy identification.
• You don't have to wait for your taxi on the street, as you can follow the taxi's progress on the map interface of your app. When the taxi arrived, you receive a notification.
• Allowing the app to access your phone's location information in the background makes it easier for the taxi driver to find you based on your current position.
• Having finished the trip, you have the opportunity to rate the car and the driver.

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't give MY LOCATION in real time like in Uber. This sometimes makes it hard for users to see how far/near from me or where is the taxi when it arrives to the place I have asked ( for example, sometimes it's difficult to find the exact spot where the taxi is waiting when I am in an unfamiliar street) Also, it would be nice to give a tentative fare/cost of the journey on the app. Please improve on these issues!

It takes ages to confirm your order and even if order was successful, they are cancelling the taxi without even calling you. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!

0 STARS.... Why making such an app.. and requesting a taxi late at night, I do not get response... As a simple client, I do not hearten compagnies which support marketing more than Quality of Servive...NEVER
