very disappointed. My previous trip to Sri Lanka (DEJJQ4), even not listed. Flymiles from that trip are not added. Instead, a cancelled booking (FQY2KO) is listed as my last trip. Even before, for a trip I did (Ref 53ULGR??), I had to chase you to add my flysmile points. Again I am so disappointed about your IT system and suggesting the top management to employ someone, who can better manage the IT department. Thanks

Constant password reset make this App user unfriendly especially if you are following a email link from their marketing department . Using a search engine like Momondo is the only option. I just wasted half an hour just trying to reset the password and another trying to write this review. Phone is another option, they are very apologetic, embarrassed even.!!

This was a very disappointing experience. The baggage handling was extremely poor, and my trolley bag was damaged. Several passengers faced the same issue. I contacted the Cochin baggage complaint help desk and was informed that a complaint would be registered, but I have still not received any confirmation email regarding my claim. If they do not respond to my complaint properly, I will never use this airline again.
