It is extremely clunky and slow and full of bugs. I have been trying to purchase a seat, but it requires me to put in and confirm all of my contact information. It then says, "Sorry, the contact information has not been saved," and does not allow me to proceed. I guess I will have to call customer service to purchase my seat, which makes the app pretty useless.

Not a user friendly app, once you login to flysmile you have no choice to make a booking and asking information to fill instead of auto filling means that it will automatically logout and ask to join the flysmile or login. really poor app.

I booked my air ticket in advanced and onlinlie seat booking was unable to perform at the momet. When i come in for check in on my flying date, at the airport staff informed me that "sorry miss you can not fly today because the flightis fully filled and there are no seats" I was really disapointed and i asked them why you didn't informed me in advanced? their reply this issue happened just now. I have to report duty in next day early morning. However, I was lucky enough to have a seat.
