I have been with slacker for over 10 years and always had premium service with no issues or how many were logged in and I can hear the song the way I want to hear it. I left and went to Amazon music (less than 6 months ago) which had its issues too so l decided to return back to find out now I am only able to log in one device at a time and can't find the explicit version of the song??!! I may have to cancel services again!!

LiveOne accounts are only licensed for single-person use. As such, you can only use LiveOne from one device per account at a time. Each person listening to LiveOne would need a separate LiveOne account to be able to listen to LiveOne at the same time.

Update: It only seems to happen if I have my Google Nest Hub displaying what's playing on my Chromecast through its media tab, so it feels like a Google bug. I don't know if it's a LiveOne or Chromecast issue, but I can't get the Weekly Alternative Countdown to play more than one or two songs to my Chromecast Music before it stops and I have to stop casting and restart it to get it to play the next song.

Hi John! The next time you experience this issue, please use the "Report a Problem" feature within the LiveOne app's Profile -> Settings -> Support menu right after the issue occurs as this will then upload information about your device to us and help to diagnose your issue.

I've had a paid subscription for many years and I think this is my last. Overall quality has been on a downward spiral as song lists seem to shrink and every other update brings stability issues. But now they're enforcing a one screen limit so I can't leave music on for my birds and continue listening on the go. So I'll start shopping around for a new music subscription.
