Then, it gives you formatted notes, summaries, and the ability to search for key terms/topics. You can ask questions like “What stats did Laura reference on her slide?.”

Ratings and reviews

Paid the subscription fee $100 and the app started losing my notes. Showing it was recording, but then when the meeting was over, Minutes wouldn't render the recording, ultimately showing nothing had been recorded. Reached out to customer service multiple times and they never fixed the problem. I asked for a refund, or at least a partial refund since I had only used the app for a couple of months, they wouldn't refund. Don't waste your money.

Doing the free trial and I've used it for a half dozen meetings or so. Seems to have issues identifying speakers if there are more than 2 or 3. The transcript is fairly accurate except with the above mentioned issue identifying multiple speakers. I think it's a useful tool. Just not sure if it's 100 bucks a year useful. Other apps have limited free options that would probably suffice.

The first year I used this app, it worked well but upon renewing my subscription this year, it has been completely useless. I keep having unsaved recordings. Multiple vital recordings were not saved. I have reached out to Minute support team on each occasion of failed recordings but not has been done to resolve the issue.
