Doing the free trial and I've used it for a half dozen meetings or so. Seems to have issues identifying speakers if there are more than 2 or 3. The transcript is fairly accurate except with the above mentioned issue identifying multiple speakers. I think it's a useful tool. Just not sure if it's 100 bucks a year useful. Other apps have limited free options that would probably suffice.

I was satisfied for first few months. Nowadays for the past month I have to download the audio and share it again inorder to get notes that also only I am lucky otherwise it would say processing error. paying almost $23 monthly and getting this service is pathetic. I reached out to customer service and they are ones who asked me to follow the above method which doesn't help me. I give up.

The recording sounds very boxy. I compared this to another app and on it the audio is nice and balanced. it's like this app uses the lowest possible audio settings.
