Minefield is a clean, modern build of the logic puzzle that's kept people
thinking for decades.
Somewhere under the grid are hidden mines. Your job is to uncover every safe
square without ever tapping one. Each square you clear shows a number telling
you how many mines are touching it. Read those numbers carefully and you can
work out, square by square, exactly where the danger is.
Tap a square to reveal it. When you open an empty area, the board opens up
around it automatically, clearing a whole region in one move and giving you
plenty to work with. Think a square hides a mine? Long-press it to plant a
flag and mark it as off-limits, so you don't uncover it by accident later.
There's no luck required once you get going — just careful reading of the
numbers and a bit of nerve. Clear every safe square and you win. Tap a mine
and it's game over, so every move is a small decision.
A timer tracks how fast you finish, and your best time is saved so you always
have a run to beat. The whole game works offline, with no ads, no account, no
sign-up, and no special permissions. Open it and start clearing.
