countdown. Stillness triggers the clock.

Light-sensor integration. Room goes dark,

Full timer customization for NORMAL and L-SENS.

The microphone monitors ambient sound in real time,
detecting the silence pattern of sleep. Screen locks
instantly. Zero audio data ever leaves your device —
all analysis happens on-device and is discarded

music app like you always do. Hit play.

[ PRE-MISSION CHECKLIST ]
Disable Picture-in-Picture (PiP) in YouTube and
other apps for best results.

SleepBoy watches from the background. The moment it
detects your trigger, it forces all media to stop
and locks your screen completely. On ULTRA, your
connected smart devices shut off too.
In the morning, you'll see the exact time SleepBoy
completed its mission.

Every session scores your sleep. Your score shapes
what SleepBoy becomes.

STANDARD unlocks 3 evolutions from your base form.
