Very helpful, also grateful to the IT staff from top level to bottom for the developments done to improve the system. it was very helpful during the curfew period. also if you can make some procedure to get the motor 3rd party insurance cover note on line. It will be very helpful during holidays. When credit note (E1) available amount to be shown in Payment methods.

Please don't complain about late payments when your app doesn't even allow me to do payments. It keeps saying "Payment unsuccessful" until a week or two after the required payment date. Fix this issue now, it's unfair to charge a late fee when your own app is the reason.

Sir, can I have your contact no? There is an issue in the payments through Master and Visa cards. Sir HNB Bank and SLIC is working on the issue. You can use Online banking, Mcash, Ezy Cash, Peoples CDMA, NTB CTMA until this issue is fixed...

I made a payment when I was directed to the payment portal by the app. Though I got an alert from the bank of a successful payment, SLIC did not acknowledge the payment and app did not confirm the payment either. It was a big hassle for me to contact the SLIC and the bank. They confirmed that payment had gone through. SLIC confirmed that they received it. But app still showed that it has not been received. Very poor app. Very disappointed.
