An application that works with Slican servers

Note: A CTI.plus license is required in the PBX.

Basic features:
- List of contacts with a preview of the subscriber's availability status (chat, phone busy, description)
- Adding and removing contacts from favorite groups, synchronized with the Desktop application
- Call Center functionality support, queue traffic monitoring
- Login and logout to queues, set agent breaks, list of calls to be called back
- Conference calls along with common chat
- List of recent calls/chats sorted chronologically
- Logging in as a parallel phone to a desk phone or as a separate MessengerCTI subscriber
- Configure central services, DND settings and call forwarding strategies
- Chat and chat history combined with phone call history
- Full chat synchronization between desktop and mobile applications, transferring photos, documents, music
