I NEEDED THIS! Every other merchant service company I've ever had in the past makes me to call in...I run a deli, I don't want to call in everytime I need something. With the slicecare app I can just log-in and request tech support. They call me right back if it's necessary or they place the order for the reciept paper and I get it in 5 days.
