I NEEDED THIS! Every other merchant service company I've ever had in the past makes me to call in...I run a deli, I don't want to call in everytime I need something. With the slicecare app I can just log-in and request tech support. They call me right back if it's necessary or they place the order for the reciept paper and I get it in 5 days. Great app, and I highly reccomend Slice

Was going great first month then my deposits went missing. My merchant services account has been closed due to high risk recession?? 3 deposits of $280 were in limbo for 180 days so they said.. I had to wait 2 days for rep to fix the issue which caused me to have to take a small payday loan out to get my orders out in time. Issue has been resolved but my faith in them is broken. Nervous but stuck in 3 yr contract otherwise hit with heavy fees.Wish me luck🤞😬 Other than that, all is well I guess
