About this app
SL Restaurant — mobile terminal for waiters and bartenders for a restaurant network. Works in conjunction with the restaurant accounting system: orders, kitchen, payments and alcohol — in one application, synchronously on all devices in the hall.
TABLES AND ORDERS
• Halls and table tiles with live status: amount, waiter, document number, "processing" indicator.
• Order creation: guests, guest category, comments.
• Orders are updated in real time on all devices —
no manual "updates".
• Protection against double edits: closed and printed orders
are available for viewing only.
MENUS AND POSITIONS
• Hierarchical menu with modifiers and serving conditions, works
offline (cached on the device).
• Search for a dish by name or barcode (camera scanner).
• Servings, "takeaway", postponed dishes, weight and clarified
items with a convenient digital keyboard.
• Partial deletion of items with a reason.
KITCHEN AND PRINT
• Sending an order to the kitchen (meetings in the shops) and reprinting
the meeting.
• Printing a pre-check; canceling a pre-check with a reason.
PAYMENTS
• "Paid" section: closed orders with payment time, payment method and check number; search by table, check or amount.
ALCOHOL AND EXCISE
• "Excise stamp" bar screen: opening a bottle with a camera scanner,
instant check of the stamp (format, duplicates, reuse).
• Stamp for each bottle upon sale, removal of the stamp with a choice,
bottle barcode.
DISCOUNTS AND SERVICE
• Discounts/markups by type or arbitrary manual, discount removal.
• Service percentage: auto-substitution by category
and manual change.
• Transfer of positions to another table (fully/partially) with guests.
SECURITY
• Quick login with PIN, session continuation with fingerprint
or face.
• Roles and rights of employees (administrator, manager, waiter) —
each action with its own permission, action log.
• Binding the application to the registered device of the establishment.
The application is intended for the staff of the network establishments and requires
connection to the restaurant server.
