Service Tech, John #227, is the best tech Slomins has ever sent. There was faulty wiring and a bigger problem than I imagined just to get my outside camera working. John was on time, professional, efficient, and explained in detail everything he had to do to fix the problem. I would request him back if I had another issue; for he was, by far, outstanding.

I wish I could leave negative stars. HORRENDOUS customer service, too big for their own good they dont care about individual homes. Salesman said 1 thing and tech refused to hold the deal. No heat weekends in a row refusing to drop oil, lying about delivery times, AVOID SLOMINS AT ALL COSTS. Heat or Electric spend the extra money to go to a smaller company that is going to treat you like you matter, furnace got so red hot almost set a table on fire and they took 3 days to send someone!!!!!

The alarm service is great but the app needs improvement, I'm stuck in my room because the app won't load correctly otherwise I will set off my alarm if I don't disarm it. Get better developers please. Update 2/18/25- now the app is saying it's offline so I can't disarm it from the app. This is a mess.
