The SAMA application focuses primarily on the company's clients. It provides them with a tool to track their order delivery process.

The application connects all roles within the ordering and delivery process. From warehousekeepers who prepare a pick-up order, to drivers delivering orders directly to a client or to a place of unloading, to the clients themselves, who have an appraisal of delivered orders, pickups and racks on which the company's products have been delivered.

Clients have features such as
- Track order details
- tracking the driver's route when delivering
- they are notified about the prepared order and its export
- they are notified when the driver is approaching the place of unloading

Employees of the company can then receive feedback from the clients about the stands, which are ready to be transported from the place of the last unloading of the client.
