The mobile mToken application is the most secure and user-friendly method for signing in George or Business24. In order to use it, you just need to have your fingerprint scanned, or you can use your own PIN code. Choose the method you prefer.

You do not need to know my location. I don't want to have full account access only on my latest phone. I don't need you to create all the apps for me. Is it that hard to just let me use my internet banking app as before. I have another five bank accounts in different banks and none of them causes me so much pain in daily use. I've been paying customer for many years but it is probably time to move my business elsewhere....

This app is forced on users without a choice (sms confirmation no longer possible). Essentially I lost control over my money through internet banking until I installed it. And it requires phone access to work, which also seems absurd.

Dobrý deň, Dušan, opravnenie READ_PHONE_STATE, ktoré je v OS Android nešťastne nazvané a my to nevieme zmeniť, je potrebné na získanie info o zariadení, aby bolo možné vytvoriť odtlačok zariadenia (názov, typ a verzia OS, model) a mohli sme identifikovať, aké zariadenia používate a chraniť vás v prípade zneužitia. Pekný deň.

It requires access to my location right in the beginning. I stopped there. Why isn't this "safety" feature optional?! Why I as a client cannot have a choice? I stopped using this app until this is optional. This is sad for me as a bank client.

Dobrý deň, prístup k polohe nie je povinný, ale povolením si zvýšite ochranu pred zneužitím, nakoľko aplikácia vďaka prístupu k polohe dokáže lepšie overiť neštandardné správanie, aby zabránila prípadnej podvodnej činnosti. Pekný deň.
