Ratings and reviews

I'm jealous of those who complain about casting or freezing. When I log in I get a blank white screen. I contacted customer service and they told me it was because my receiver wasn't compatible. I tried to point out that the app is supposed to give me access to on-demand if the receiver isn't compatible, but they insisted that I'd need a new receiver for the app to function. This is a junk app from a junk company that advertises plan upgrades when you seek technical support. Update: Works now...

Since the most recent update, this app is almost useless. When trying to go into my DVR, it won't show all my new recordings. It also has old recordings showing up that I've deleted from the hopper itself. When trying to watch anything, it buffers forever even when I have a strong wifi connection. When watching something, it will close down for no apparent reason. I'd really love to have a full functional app, please.

Update 2/27/24: I just paused a live broadcast and was able to skip the halftime program to the 3rd quarter, 30 sec at a time. Bumped up 2 stars. Very happy with the improvement. Haven't tried ffwd yet or skip/ffwd on recorded pgms, afraid it will lock up. Live TV still doesn't update program data and won't go to the channel if program data has not downloaded, yet when I go to the sports category, the channel info is there. Go back to 'All Channels and there is no data for the same channel.
