SMaart HR for Employees is an official companion application designed to enable every employee to independently access and manage their personal employee information, anytime, anywhere. This application is part of the SMaart HR ecosystem, used by your company for integrated human resource management.

Accurately check-in and check-out attendance through Geotagging and Facial Recognition technology, both while working in the office and on field assignments.

* Leave and Permit Application
Request leave, permit, and sick leave digitally without paper forms, complete with application history and approval status that can be monitored in real time.

* Pay Slips and Payroll History
Access monthly pay slips with detailed income and deduction components transparently, whenever needed.

* Artificial Intelligence-Based Reimbursement Claims
Submit claims for reimbursement of official expenses by simply photographing receipts or proof of expenses, which will be processed automatically using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology.

* Personal Performance Monitoring
Monitor the achievement of performance indicators (KPIs/OKRs) and the progress of your Individual Development Plan (IDP) on a personal and ongoing basis.

* Employee Engagement Survey
Participate in periodic surveys (Pulse Surveys) to provide anonymous and secure feedback on your work experience and well-being.
